Personal Identification Information: Via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we access your name, email address, and a unique User ID to identify your profile.
Meeting Data: Information you manually enter (names, notes, and follow-ups).
App Activity & Performance: We collect crash logs and app interaction data to monitor stability and improve functionality.
Device Identifiers: We may collect device IDs for fraud prevention and to manage your "Pro" purchase status.
2. How We Use Your Information
Core Functionality: To organize your meeting history and sync data with your Google Drive.
Account Management: To verify your "Pro Lifetime" purchase and provide customer support.
Analytics: To diagnose bugs and improve app performance via crash reporting.
3. Google Drive & API Disclosure
The App requests access to the drive.appdata scope to create a private backup file. We do not access any other files in your Google Drive. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Data Storage and Security
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is only shared with service providers (like Firebase/Google) necessary to run the app.
5. In-App Purchases
Transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We do not store financial details; we only receive a confirmation token to verify your purchase status.
6. Data Deletion & User Rights
We provide multiple ways for you to control your data:
In-App Deletion: You can delete individual meeting records or clear all local data within the app settings.
Web-Based Deletion Request: If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our servers without using the app, please use our request form:
Requests are processed within 7 business days. Please note that data stored in your private Google Drive must be managed via your Google Account settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
OneOnOneTracker is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
